Our enterprise, called Royal Oak
Ltd produces barrels made of oak from a volume of 1 l to 112 ls with which we have
been present in the world market for several years. We have barrique barrels of cubic
capacity of 225 ls (type Bordeaux) and 228 ls (type Burgundy) and other types of
barrel from a volume of 300 to 500 ls made by an other barrel producer firm, by the
modernest technology. These barrels are distributed in Europe. We have started the
manufacture of storage units, barrels of 1000 ls and more thousand ls in the recent
past. The basic material of the barrels manufacured by us come from the most excellent hungarian oak producing lands and are used up as stave basic material after an efficient selection. The stave is made exclusively by splitting. Left in the open air for a minimum of 24 months, the staves are naturally seasoned. There is also possibility to order barrels made of wood dried for 36 months. During the production of the barrels we use a part of its material for firing, toasting and bending. We donít use any foreign material during joining the staves and the bottoms of the barrels. The ready barrels are packed after repeated supervision and test by pressure trial.
