Gold and Silver for Katsaros Wines
Dr.
Dimitrios Katsaros is
pleased to announce major accomplishments in two international competitions in February.
The highly acclaimed Domaine Katsarou Red, a blend of 85% Cabernet and 15% Merlot
received a gold medal at the Vinalies International competition in France in the
third week of February. The 2001 Domaine Katsarou White, the estate's Chardonnay,
received a silver, a strong showing for this wine still only in its third release.
The Domaine Katsarou Red also won gold at the 3rd annual competition in Thessaloniki
held during the second week of February.
We offer our congratulations to Dr. Katsaros on his continued successes in major
competitions. His wines are imported in the U.S. by Vina Mediteranean. |
