Gourmet magazine goes to Crete
A tour of crete led by noted cookbook author Diane Kochilas resulted in an article
this month in Gourmet magazine. The article features some recipes based on Crete's
fabulous traditional cuisine. Some of the recipes
featured wine pairings, though strangely, nothing fom Crete's ever-improving
list of serious producers.
Mentioned in the piece were Skouras Saint George (Agiorgitiko), Palivos White Fox and Boutari Muscat. |
