Value report includes Greek portfolios.
The August 23 issue of The Wine Advocate featured wines from several Greek producers.
Included were greekwinemakers.com members Domaine Gerovassiliou, Gentilini, Karyda, Kir-Yianni, Manousakis (Nostos), Mercouri Estate and Papaioannou.
While ratings were universally high, Papaioannou topped the list, overcoming the
oh-so-impossible 90 point hurdle, the first such accomplishment for a dry, Greek
wine. We offer our congratulations to all.
